IDS International are seeking Time and Processors for Labor and Equipment (L&E) personnel to support the “Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.” The L&Es are responsible for providing time and labor services to the program in order to serve the needs of our internal and external customers. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews accuracy of all approved timesheets and ensure that hours are coded per policy.
- Responsible for the upload of all timesheets into system.
- Maintains timesheet files and tracks missing timesheets or other information necessary to complete process.
- Reviews compensation panels and adjust labor amounts in system for Daily Rate Employees, Hourly Employees along with any uplifts.
- Performs timesheet edit report audits
- Reviews the accuracy of employee’s two-week compensation, requests and adjustments and process the corrections.
- Handles and researches employee’s complaints and discrepancies.
- Adds new employees, creates groups and assigns Project Codes to a group.
- Assigns Delegates and Alternate Supervisors.
- Unlocks Accounts, resets passwords and prepares timesheets for a final export.
- Transfers employees to another organization for time-keeping purposes.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Foreign Country Equivalent.
Language Requirements:
- English and German at level 4 proficiency: At this level an employee is required to possess a high degree of proficiency in both written and spoken English, including the ability to translate the host country language into precise and correct English, and English into the applicable foreign language. On occasion, an employee at this level might be expected to act as an interpreter in situations where considerable importance attaches to proper word meaning.
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
