IDS International is looking for a full-time Training Delivery Coordinator to support a government training program in several overseas locations.
Responsibilities:
Responding to delivery requests (DR), staff courses, consultations, and mentorships requiring specific instructor skillsets.
Recruiting for and managing the instructor pool.
Coordinate pre-deployment milestones such as curriculum builds, site surveys, and also program meetings and conference calls.
Coordinating pre-deployment requirements such as travel documents, passports, and visas.
Ensure that all instructors have met the foreign country entry requirements to include vaccination records.
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative or program support experience
Extreme attention to detail
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
